Plankety Plank
Hold the plank position for as long as possible.
Positioning is key. No dipping hips and no bums in the air!
You can follow all of the action on the Liverpool International Horse Show social channels with a daily highlights programme aired at 7pm each day on Facebook.
Scoring
Two members from each team will complete the challenge.
The two times from each team will be added together to give a collective total time.
For example, Participant 1 holds the plank for 2.21 and Participant 2 holds for 1.30. The total team time for the challenge will be 3 minutes and 51 seconds.
The following scoring system will then apply based on the team placing:
1st placed team: 10 points
2nd placed team: 8 points
3rd placed team: 6 points
4th placed team: 4 points
5th placed team: 2 points
