On The Gallops
Run a 5km in the fastest possible time.
For consistency and fairness, teams are advised to keep the route as flat as possible.
You can follow all of the action on the Liverpool International Horse Show social channels with a daily highlights programme aired at 7pm each day on Facebook.
Scoring
Two members from each team will complete the 5km run.
The two times from each team will be added together to give a collective total time.
For example, Runner 1 times 32.31 and Runner 2 times 29.30. The total team time for the challenge will be 62 minutes and 1 second.
The following scoring system will then apply based on the team placing:
1st placed team: 10 points
2nd placed team: 8 points
3rd placed team: 6 points
4th placed team: 4 points
5th placed team: 2 points
